The role involves performing chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling, and laser therapies, educating clients, and building lasting relationships in a modern facility. A CIDESCO/SAAHSP qualification and 5+ years experience are required, with strong sales and teamwork

Qualifications

• CIDESCO or SAAHSP-level beauty qualification.
• 5+ years as Senior Aesthetician in spa/clinic.
• Experience with advanced skincare treatments (IPL, laser, RF, HIFU).
• Ability to diagnose skin conditions and tailor treatments.
• Strong client service, communication, and privacy.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive skin consultations to determine needs and regimens.
• Perform advanced treatments including chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling, laser therapies, and facial massage.
• Administer treatments for acne, rosacea, hyperpigmentation, and premature aging.
• Operate and maintain state-of-the-art aesthetic equipment, ensuring safety and efficacy standards are met.
• Maintain confidential client records, documenting treatment progress and outcomes.
• Educate clients on skincare best practices, product usage, and lifestyle adjustments to enhance results.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and advancements in dermatology and aesthetics.
• Promote and upsell skincare products and additional services to clients.
• Collaborate with other wellness professionals to offer integrated treatment plans.
