Working Hours: Monday to Sunday, 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM (Rotational days off)

Remuneration: Competitive salary based on experience

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Administrator to oversee administrative operations within our busy call centre.

The successful candidate will support management, coordinate communication across teams, and ensure smooth daily operations to enhance productivity and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily administrative tasks and support call centre management.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and maintain comprehensive records using CRM and office software.
  • Liaise between departments and assist with communication flow.
  • Prepare reports and assist with data analysis for management review.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training activities as needed.
  • Address and resolve administrative challenges proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in senior administrative roles, preferably within call centres or customer service environments.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and communication tools.
