Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with financial reporting and preparation of annual financial statements.
• Prepare and file tax returns and supporting reconciliations.
• Assist with internal and external audit preparations.
• Support budgeting and financial forecasts.
• Help implement and maintain internal controls.
• Assist with corporate governance for board meetings.
