Job summary

Chainlink Recruitment (Pty) Ltd in Delmas, Mpumalanga is seeking a Senior Accountant to oversee financial reporting and cost management. This permanent, on-site role requires solid accounting experience and attention to detail.

You will work with operational teams in the field, participate in stock-takes and ensure timely month-end close. Experience with Excel and Sage Pastel is essential, and English/Afrikaans communication is important.

Qualifications

• BCom Accounting degree or equivalent qualification from a recognised institution.
• Minimum 3 years' relevant accounting experience, including reconciliations, month-end and management accounts.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Working knowledge of Sage Pastel.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines and handle a high workload.
• Good communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
• Willingness to work with operational teams in the field and participate in stock-takes and weekend duty rosters.
