Qualifications

• Strong accounting skills, including experience with financial reporting and compliance
• Proficiency in tax regulations and disputes and financial analysis
• Experience in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis
• Competency in using accounting software (Xero, Simplepay, Draftworx, Hubdoc, Syft) and tools, along with strong Excel skills
• Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Tax (or Diploma equivalent)
• Experience in outsourced financial services, payroll systems, or business advisory services is advantageous
