Hire Resolve is seeking a highly experienced and talented Senior Account Manager to join our client’s team in Durban. As a Senior Account Manager, you will have a proven track record of success in account management and a deep understanding of the industry.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic partner to clients by understanding their business models, objectives, and challenges. Provide proactive marketing insights and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with client goals and objectives. This includes managing SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing. Apply this knowledge to enhance client strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Account Executive, or in a similar agency role is essential.
  • A qualification in Digital Marketing or a related field is advantageous.
  • In-depth understanding of digital marketing services and how they interconnect.
  • Strong grasp of Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO, Social Media (both organic and paid), WordPress, and Mailchimp.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data to attribute success to marketing efforts and inform future strategies.
  • Experience in managing client budgets and ad spend budgets effectively.
  • Ability to understand client needs, business models, and objectives; proactive in offering marketing insights.
