Duties & Responsibilities
Account Operations Management
- Identify and facilitate sales and business growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain products.
- Build strong client relationships to maintain / acquire new business.
- Collaborate with other internal departments to ensure the fulfilment of all customer requests.
- Ensure that client demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience.
- Implement strategies and plans to ensure that a high level of performance is achieved, and objectives are met.
- Maintain a network of internal and external contacts to ensure that key accounts are optimally managed.
- Build relationships with principal Vendors, negotiate pricing and oversee procurement and inventory control.
- Governance, Risk and Business Continuity Management.
- Remain up to date with new trends and innovations.
- Manage business risk, monitor internal and external business impact, and changes in stakeholder needs.
- Lead improvement projects that increase profits / protect against risks.
- Establish and maintain the highest ethical standards.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- IT (preferable) or IT experience background.
- Sales training: LAMP, Stratham Bryce, or similar (advantageous).
- 5+ years' experience in professional services.
- Demonstrated ability to manage, deliver and grow accounts.
- 5+ years' experience in Asset Financing / Technology Solutions sales.
- Documented successful track record in selling high end services and solutions.
- Strong business acumen.
- Corporate Governance experience.
