You'll be part of the campaign delivery team , ensuring campaigns launch on time, error‑free, and with a happy client.

This role blends project management discipline (timelines, QA, delivery) with client accountability, and account management working alongside our business development team.

What You Will Do

Account Management (alongside Business Development and Strategy Team)

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the client.
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships.
  • Understand our client's business objectives, brand positioning, and market context.
  • Manage client expectations around budget, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Keep clients updated on progress, blockers, and next steps.
  • Share deadlines and ensure follow‑through on collateral and approvals.
  • Flag upsell / renewal opportunities.
  • Share client sentiment and feedback with Business Development and Strategist.
  • Join post campaign meetings alongside Strategist to present delivery outcomes.

Project Delivery (Timeline Ownership)

  • Receive handover from the strategy team.
  • Build and own campaign timelines.
  • Run Production Onboarding Meetings to align client teams.
  • Oversee content QA cycles, ensure feedback is implemented.
  • Approve Go‑Live readiness and monitor campaigns once live.
  • Run weekly production check‑ins with clients.
What We’re Looking For

Minimum 5 years' experience in account management (agency, SaaS, or digital environment).

  • Confident communicator with minimum 5 years' client-handling skills.
  • Strong organisational skills : timelines, dependencies, QA oversight.
  • Detail‑obsessed : spots errors, drives qualityfortable working with both creative and technical teams.
  • Bonus : exposure to CMS platforms or gamified marketing campaigns.
