Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives to drive pipeline across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel, researching accounts, identifying decision makers and booking qualified meetings with potential clients.

This is a remote, full-time role for candidates in South Africa, with tooling support in Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce. You will work to hit volume goals while maintaining high-quality outreach.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
