Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Sales Development Representative to cover South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel by researching ideal accounts, identifying decision makers, and booking meetings with qualified prospects.

You will run personalized outbound sequences using email, LinkedIn, and phone, while maintaining Salesforce and SalesLoft records to support the sales team’s growth goals.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
