As a Senior Account Executive, you will be instrumental in driving RelyComply's enterprise growth strategy by building and expanding strategic partnerships with tier 1 banks and financial institutions across Africa. You will leverage your expertise in enterprise SaaS sales and your digital-first approach to deliver results, aligning client needs with our innovative compliance solutions. This role is pivotal in advancing our mission to modernise compliance and strengthen trust in global financial systems.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, preferably within the technology or financial services sector. Proven track record managing complex sales cycles with large financial institutions or enterprise clients. A deep understanding of compliance, RegTech, and risk management solutions (AML, KYC, KYB, fraud). Strong proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and digital sales enablement platforms.
Advanced certifications in sales or financial compliance (e.g., Certified Anti‑Money Laundering Specialist – CAMS). Experience exceeding revenue targets in enterprise SaaS sales within fintech or RegTech environments. Expertise with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPIN Selling. Evidenced adoption of emerging digital technologies to maximise productivity and effectiveness.
