Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Senior 3D Modeler for its Richards Bay-based architectural visualization studio. You will create detailed 3D models of buildings, interiors and landscapes from plans and references, delivering photorealistic results and collaborating with architects and designers.

Competenze

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in 3D modeling for architectural visualization.
• Expert proficiency in 3D modeling software (3ds Max, Maya, SketchUp, Blender or similar).
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction terminology.
• Experience texturing and material creation (e.g., Substance Painter, Photoshop).
• UV layout proficiency and geometry optimization for rendering.
• A strong portfolio of detailed, realistic architectural models.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, 3D Design, or related field, or equivalent experience.
