This hybrid role blends remote work with essential on-site client presentations at the East London office, delivering photorealistic renderings and animations from blueprints to compelling visuals.

You will lead high-quality modeling, texturing, lighting, and animation workflows, mentoring junior artists and ensuring top-tier design communication for high-profile developments.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Animation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural visualization with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Blender.

Responsabilidades

• Create high-quality 3D models of buildings, interiors, and exteriors based on architectural plans and references.
• Develop realistic materials, textures, and lighting setups to achieve photorealistic renderings.
• Produce compelling architectural animations and walkthroughs to showcase design concepts.

• Optimize 3D scenes and assets for efficient rendering and performance.
