The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data center support, at least 5 years of experience, and relevant IT certifications. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience supporting data center software.
• Good understanding of server environment is essential.
• Valid driver's license and own reliable transport required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with escalations from 1st line support engineers.
• Provide 2nd line data centre support at the server infrastructure level.
• Escalate to 3rd line in a timely manner to maintain SLA commitments.
• Conduct preventative maintenance including patch management.
• Regularly update the Service Desk and customers with progress information.
