Job summary

A leading African Workplace Solutions Provider is seeking a proactive Route Planner to plan secure routes for security personnel and vehicles. The role involves optimizing routes, monitoring execution, and analyzing performance data. Candidates should have a diploma in Logistics or related fields, experience in security, and strong analytical skills. Prior experience with SAPS is a plus. This position is based in Gauteng, South Africa.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• PSIRA Registered.
• Experience in cash in transit and security protection valued.
• Tactical training and advanced driving skills needed.
• Experience in the security industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimise daily, weekly, and monthly route plans.
• Monitor route execution and adjust in real-time.
• Conduct route risk assessments and implement contingency plans.
• Liaise with control rooms, drivers, and security service providers.
• Analyse route performance data and generate reports.
