Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in Security, with 3 years in operational planning.
• 2 years supervisory/leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security operations at the manufacturing plant.
• Analyze daily incident reports to improve security service.
• Prepare and present training for security personnel.
• Coordinate audits and ensure administrative duties are performed.
• Evaluate security staff deployment and request credit notes as necessary.
