Job description

Responsibilities

• Prepare update and distribute duty rosters to security officers
• Maintain attendance registers leave records and overtime logs.
• Capture and verify clocking data on PRP for payroll and compliance purposes.
• Assist with incident reporting compliance records and client queries.
• Ensure PSIRA compliance on site at all times including verification of officers registration firearm competency and adherence to industry regulations.
• Support access control operations when required (e.g. verifying visitors issuing access cards).
• Compile and submit daily weekly and monthly reports to site management.
• Provide administrative support to site management while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
