OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR - CAPE TOWN

24/7 Security Services has a vacancy for a highly organised and detail-orientated Office Administrator. This person will be based at our Cape Town office in Epping.

The Office Administrator will be responsible for ensuring that all administrative and HR-related duties are accurately completed and up to date. The person will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and supporting branch management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee general branch administration and maintain ISO 9001:2015 documentation
  • Manage HR functions including staff rosters, leave processing, pay queries, and uniform distribution
  • Capture timesheets, posting sheets, and employee data accurately and on time
  • Prepare and submit reports to management and clients
  • Maintain petty cash and perform monthly reconciliations
  • Assist with CCMA documentation and termination processes
  • Ensure operational information is submitted to Head Office daily.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in office administration, preferably within a security or service-oriented environment
  • Strong computer literacy (MS Office and HR systems such as Easy Roster)
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards will be an advantage
