Qualifications

• Relevant experience in a managerial or similar position.
• Firearm competency and a valid regulation 21 certificate is an advantage.
• Must have clean disciplinary, criminal and credit record.

Responsibilities

• Provide security advice to clients.
• Conduct threat and risk assessments.
• Manage manpower and rostering.
• Liaise professionally with clients.
• Manage and resolve client complaints.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.

Skills

PSIRA certification – Grade A

Bilingual (English and any other South African Language)

Excellent written & verbal communication skills

Knowledge of methods and techniques of risk management

Confidence in dealing with the public

Ability to work under pressure

Education

Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
