The ideal candidate for this position will manage the MEP installation works for an assigned area or discipline, steering daily productivity, quality and safety so that all scope is delivered on programme, within cost allowable and in full compliance with contract specifications, QA/QC benchmarks and Supplier processes.

Essential
- Qualification in appropriate discipline or equivalent demonstrated experience and/or
- 5+ years’ experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage technical requirements, team efficiencies, commercial variables, QA/QC, programme and HSE deliverables.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills; resilient under pressure.
Desirable
- Data-driven reporting skills (e.g., dashboards, Lean metrics).
- Familiarity with BIM-enabled field management tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering (or NVQ equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years’ MEP construction experience, including 2–3 years in a senior UAE role with knowledge of local regulations.

Responsibilities
- Issue daily/weekly installation plans, region/zone/trade allowable, and progress feedback to the delivery team.
- Brief and enforce Method Statements, Risk Assessments and DSTI schedules; keep all documentation current on the project platform.
- Track material deliveries with Project Engineers, ensuring items reach central or site stores in time for planned works.
- Distribute only approved drawings/specifications to site and elevate scope changes promptly through Change Management Control.
- Maintain accurate site records of constraints, resources, tooling and consumables, coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to secure access and deliveries.
- Collect and report staff-and-labour performance data, KPIs and efficiency metrics each month.
- Promote safe working practices, a zero-defect mindset and adherence to project book guidelines.
- Support testing, commissioning, spares and warranty schedules in collaboration with engineering and QA/QC teams.
- Provide regular updates to the Construction Manager on progress, risks and mitigation actions.
- Perform other duties reasonably required to meet project and business objectives.
