A leading recruitment agency in South Africa is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to oversee the full HR function including employee records and compliance. The ideal candidate has proven experience in HR administration with strong organizational and communication skills. This role offers a competitive salary based on experience.
Oversee the full HR function, including employee records, compliance, and onboarding. Manage general office administration and documentation control. Coordinate logistics, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff and management. Maintain company registers, minutes, and other secretarial records. Assist with drafting HR and administrative policies and procedures. Support payroll preparation and leave tracking. Liaise with external stakeholders, suppliers, and service providers. Ensure adherence to internal compliance standards and reporting requirements.
Proven experience in HR administration or as a Company Secretary / Office Administrator. Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Knowledge of HR legislation and compliance practices. Experience with travel coordination and office logistics.
