Placements24 seeks an Experienced Carpenter to work on projects around Stellenbosch. You will interpret blueprints, install structures, and perform finishing work with safety and quality in mind. Qualifications

• Experience as a carpenter with ability to read technical blueprints/drawings.
• Strong carpentry skills across framing, finishing, and renovations.
• Proficient with hand and power tools (saws, drills, sanders).
• Knowledge of building materials and safe construction methods.

Responsibilities

• Construct, erect, install, and repair structures and fixtures from wood and other materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and specifications for layouts.
• Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials using hand/power tools.
• Install windows, doors, stairs, flooring, and cabinetry as required.
• Ensure work meets building codes and safety standards.
• Maintain and service carpentry equipment as needed.
