We're seeking a Seasonal Spa Therapist to join our wellness team for the upcoming high season (November, December, and January).

This 3-month contract is perfect for a qualified, guest-focused therapist who thrives in a dynamic, luxury hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Spa Treatments – Perform professional facials, massages, and body treatments in line with the spa menu and guest needs.
• Guest Consultation – Assess guest preferences through consultations and recommend tailored treatments.
• Retail & Service Promotion – Promote appropriate spa products and additional services to enhance the guest journey.
• Spa Standards – Maintain immaculate treatment rooms and adhere to opening/closing procedures.
• Guest Interaction – Provide a warm, attentive service that ensures guests feel valued, relaxed, and cared for.
• Flexibility – Support spa reception and guest experience when required.

Requirements

• Matric certificate (Grade 12)
• Recognised beauty/spa therapy qualification (CIDESCO, ITEC, or equivalent)
• Experience in facials, massages, and body treatments essential
• Previous experience in a luxury spa or hotel environment advantageous
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional, detail-oriented, and guest-centric
• Must hold a valid South African ID

Seasonal contract: 3 months (November - January)
