Responsibilities
  • Operate a passenger vehicle safely and efficiently.
  • Transport owners and guests to specific regularly scheduled routes.
  • Promote Resort Standards and provide services personally or refer requests to the appropriate department manager to exceed guest expectations.
  • Handle scheduled or unscheduled pick‑ups and drop‑offs as directed by dispatch or management.
  • Assist passengers in boarding and exiting vehicle, and handle luggage, packages, and other items.
  • Transmit and receive over the two‑way radio system.
  • Monitor traffic and weather conditions and notify dispatch of potential problems.
  • Report accidents or other safety situations to dispatch.
  • Inspect exterior and interior of vehicle at the beginning of each shift.
  • Provide guests and passengers with appropriate information regarding lodging, entertainment and attractions within the service area.
Qualifications
  • Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) in the state of application with a proven clean driving record.
  • At least one year of driving experience in all types of passenger vehicles, including manual shift.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to read, write and understand English.
Compensation & Benefits

Began with $20 per hour + tips. Compensation may vary based on experience, education, skills, training and work location.
