Qualifications

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills required.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Grade 12 or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Brew and serve high-quality beverages using our recipes and techniques.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for our diverse community of customers.
• Support the wider store operation as a multi-skilled partner, including cleaning, stock replenishment and queue management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the store.
• Help ensure merchandise and supplies remain well stocked during busy periods.
• Assist with customer support and maintain a welcoming café environment throughout the day.
• Learn and grow in a supportive environment with opportunities for advancement.
