We need an Sales Development Representative Manager who can lead a team while owning the operational backbone of our outbound motion. This role requires someone highly tech‑savvy who can build workflows, streamline processes, and keep the SDR engine running smoothly.
Manage and coach SDRs to hit outreach and meeting targets.
Build and maintain automations using Zapier, HubSpot, and GoHighLevel.
Oversee CRM hygiene, lead routing, sequences, and reporting.
Create dashboards and performance reports in Excel.
Improve outbound KPIs through optimized workflows, messaging, and targeting.
Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing to align pipeline needs.
Strong technical skills with HubSpot, Zapier, GoHighLevel, and Excel.
Ability to design scalable workflows and streamline manual tasks.
SDR leadership or SDR ops experience (2–4+ years).
Solid understanding of outbound strategy and qualification frameworks.
Analytical, organized, and process-oriented.
