Qualifications

• At least 2-4 years’ experience working in a Scrum Master role.
• Experience working within Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills in English in written and spoken form.

Responsibilities

• Guide Scrum teams towards improving their performance.
• Facilitate Scrum events to be focused and productive.
• Ensure backlog is in good standing with regular grooming sessions.
