You will be responsible for establishing and maturing organisational ways of working, through :
A tertiary degree or relevant diploma is advantageous.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I / II), or equivalent certification is required.
In-depth understanding and practical application of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
Strong facilitation techniques for all Scrum events and workshops (e.g., story mapping, retrospectives).
Demonstrable skills in one-on-one and team coaching, teaching, and mentoring.
Solid understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and how Agile practices fit within it.
Familiarity with modern software development practices (e.g., CI / CD, TDD, BDD) and how they are supported by Agile principles.
Servant-leader focused on people development and process excellence; self-managing, collaborative, and flexible, skilled at guiding teams through tight timelines and stakeholder demands while embracing innovation, constructive feedback, continual learning, and a growth mindset that challenges the status quo.
