Salary Scale 9 or 10 for exceptional candidates with significant School Business Manager experience.

Roberttown Junior & Infant School is seeking to appoint an experienced, highly self-motivated and positive minded Business Manager.

This is a busy and rewarding role encompassing the day-to-day responsibility for finance, human resources, health and safety, premises management and compliance.

We are looking for someone who:
  • Is positive, resilient, well-mannered and an excellent communicator.
  • Has considerable financial knowledge and experience in Kirklees school business matters.
  • Can look for value for money as well as quality in all resources and services.
  • Is aware of Health and Safety protocols for schools and supports staff to meet guidelines.
  • Is pro-active, organised and able to lead and work with our friendly team whilst meeting appropriate deadlines.
  • Is willing to become involved in all aspects of school life.
  • Is understanding of pupil needs always ensuring they gain the best resources.
  • Is aware of all aspects of safeguarding in school.
