Job summary

A leading multinational company in South Africa is looking for a Finance Manager to lead business performance and decision support for Southern Africa. You will manage cycles of forecasting and capital expenditures while ensuring robust governance. The ideal candidate has a CA or CIMA qualification, with at least 7 years of financial accounting experience and demonstrated leadership abilities. This permanent full-time role is based in Johannesburg/Durban.

Qualifications

• Min 7 years experience in Management and/or Financial accounting.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire diverse teams.
• Experience in complex operating environments and driving business performance.

Responsibilities

• Steer Business Performance and provide Decision support.
• Drive and coordinate the forecasting process.
• Manage capex process across all Sourcing Units.
• Guide delivery of key projects and ensure robust governance.
