Management Level Manager Role Summary
South African Technology & Innovation Centre (SATIC) is the latest part of PwC, delivering human-led, technology-enabled professional services. Qualifications / Certifications Required
- Workday FINS Core Workday Integrations Experience
- 2–5 years
Responsibilities of Role
- Background in Finance and experience in Finance transformation projects
- Competency with building integrations on Workday Studio for Financial projects
- Competency with understanding and building of integrations with Financial Institutions, Treasury Management systems, and Billing or Trading Systems
- Competency with relational databases and understanding of ERP systems
- Understanding of Financial information process flows to design transformation logic and model data for each business flow
- Experience with unit and end-to-end testing
- Analyse and identify linkages and interactions between components of entire systems
- Take ownership of projects, ensuring successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion
- Partner with team leadership to ensure collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables
- Develop skills outside your comfort zone and encourage others to do the same
- Effectively mentor others and use work reviews to deepen team expertise
- Address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and stakeholders, escalating where appropriate
- Uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, the Firm's code of conduct, and independence requirements
- Lead and contribute to client-facing Workday projects, taking full responsibility for functional areas from design through to deployment as part of a project team
- Understand end-to-end Finance business processes and gather data requirements to support data migration flow processes
