Senior Networking Sales Engineer

Location: South Africa Johannesburg / Cape Town

  • Lead and Inspire: Manage a team of Presales Consultants, Technical Client Consultants, and Enterprise Architects, fostering growth and excellence.
  • Drive Strategy: Partner with Sales to develop account strategies, optimize presales coverage, and ensure timely resource utilization.
  • Deliver Impact: Oversee presales deliverables, resolve customer challenges, and contribute to customer satisfaction.
  • Develop Talent: Coach, mentor, and build technical expertise within your team to maintain HPE’s presales excellence.
  • Consultative Selling: Guide your team in applying solution‑selling techniques, building trusted advisor relationships, and creating compelling business cases.
What We’re Looking For
Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred but not essential.
