Overview

Are you a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record of driving large‑scale enterprise transformation deals?

We are looking for a SAP Sales Manager to lead strategic enterprise sales, manage key accounts and close multimillion deals.

The role is responsible for leading strategic SAP solution sales with enterprise clients, driving large‑scale digital transformation deals, and achieving ambitious sales targets.

The incumbent in this role acts as a trusted advisor to C‑level executives, managing high‑value accounts and long‑term client relationships.

Responsibilities

Own and manage the full sales cycle for enterprise SAP solutions (ERP, S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, etc.).

Drive multimillion‑rand / dollar deals through consultative solution selling.

Achieve growth and achieve sales targets.

  • Develop account strategy and territory planning;
  • Lead negotiations and close high‑value contracts;

Implement strategic and tactical sales plans accordingly.

Build, nurture, and expand relationships with C‑suite and senior decision‑makers.

Develop and grow strategic relationships with the stakeholders together with the Business.

Collaborate with SAP partners, system integrators, and delivery teams to craft tailored value‑driven proposals.

Act as the thought leader and strategic partner for customers on digital transformation journeys.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.

7 years in enterprise software sales, proven SAP / ERP deal experience.

Proven track record in closing large enterprise software deals.

Works independently, leads complex deals, responsible for revenue delivery.

Demonstrated success in meeting / exceeding multimillion targets.

Experience in managing strategic accounts and complex negotiations.
