We are looking for a SAP Sales Manager to lead strategic enterprise sales, manage key accounts and close multimillion deals.

The role is responsible for leading strategic SAP solution sales with enterprise clients, driving large-scale digital transformation deals, and achieving ambitious sales targets.

The incumbent in this role acts as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, managing high-value accounts and long-term client relationships.

Primary Responsibilities
  • a) Sales Target and Revenue Contribution: Own and manage the full sales cycle for enterprise SAP solutions (ERP, S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, etc.); Drive multimillion-rand/dollar deals through consultative solution selling; and Achieve growth and meet sales targets.
  • b) Plans – Sales and Growth: Develop account strategy and territory planning; Lead negotiations and close high-value contracts; Implement strategic and tactical sales plans accordingly.
  • c) Stakeholder Management: Build, nurture, and expand relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers; Develop and grow strategic relationships with stakeholders together with the business; Collaborate with SAP partners, system integrators, and delivery teams to craft tailored, value-driven proposals.
  • Act as the thought leader and strategic partner for customers on digital transformation journeys.
Minimum Requirements

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field. 7 years in enterprise software sales, proven SAP/ERP deal experience. Proven track record in closing large enterprise software deals. Works independently, leads complex deals, responsible for revenue delivery. Demonstrated success in meeting/exceeding multimillion targets. Experience in managing strategic accounts and complex negotiations.
