Job summary

Penta Consulting is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead large-scale ECC to S/4HANA transformation programmes for a global technology partner. You will drive RISE with SAP initiatives and oversee complex migrations across enterprise environments.

The role requires hands-on leadership of multi-workstream teams, strong stakeholder governance, and a track record of delivering on-time Go-Live readiness with clean core principles.

Qualifications

• 10+ years SAP project management experience.
• Proven delivery of ECC to S/4HANA transformations.
• Hands-on experience with RISE with SAP.
• Strong understanding of S/4HANA architecture and transformation methodologies.
• Experience managing large, complex, multi-workstream programmes.
• Strong stakeholder governance and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ECC to S/4HANA transformation programmes (Brownfield, Greenfield, or SDT).
• Drive RISE with SAP implementations and cloud adoption strategies.
• Manage programme scope, timelines, budgets, resources, governance.
• Coordinate multi-workstream teams across functional, technical, data, integration, testing, and change domains.
• Engage senior stakeholders, executive sponsors, SAP partners, and third-party vendors.
• Lead fit-to-standard workshops and promote clean core principles.
• Oversee Go-Live readiness, cutover planning, and Hypercare activities.
• Ensure delivery aligns with SAP best practices, compliance requirements, and business objectives.

We're hiring an SAP Project Manager for one of our major global technology partners. This role will focus on leading large-scale ECC to S/4HANA transformation programmes, driving RISE with SAP initiatives, and delivering complex business-critical SAP transformations across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ECC to S/4HANA transformation programmes (Brownfield, Greenfield, or Selective Data Transition)
• Drive RISE with SAP implementations and cloud adoption strategies
• Manage programme scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and governance
• Coordinate multi-workstream teams across functional, technical, data, integration, testing, and change domains
