BWS / 4HANA Migration Support

Conduct migration readiness assessments and prepare skills matrix, POV documentation, simulations, product mapping, readiness checks, and transition strategies.

Integration Support

Maintain and support integrations with :

• IBM : FileNet, Maximo
• Microsoft : EPM, SharePoint, BizTalk
• Oracle : Billing System, Report Builder
• Others : Quantum (Treasury), Infoslips, Signify, ACL Robotics, Power BI, Tableau

Incident & Change Management

Resolve incidents via official Helpdesk (3rd line support).

Implement enhancements aligned with Change Management processes.

SDLC & Documentation

Adhere to SDLC framework.

Develop BRDs, FRDs, TSDs, configuration documentation, and UAT scripts.

Training & Knowledge Transfer

Conduct end‑user training sessions.

Maintain training manuals and UAT scripts.

Execute and document knowledge transfer activities.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Minimum 5 years' SAP ECC6 and S / 4HANA support experience.

SAP Certification in relevant functional or technical modules.

At least one prior SAP implementation project.

Ability to demonstrate resource capacity (CVs and organogram required).

Valid SAP OEM partnership letter / certificate.
