Job summary

A global mining company based in Johannesburg is looking for a Manager of Financial Systems Projects. This role requires extensive SAP FI/CO experience, leading integration efforts for recently acquired subsidiaries, ensuring dual-ledger compliance, and managing stakeholder engagement. Qualifications

• 10+ years SAP FI / CO experience, including at least two full ECC implementations.
• Proven track record in M&A integrations and dual-ledger (IFRS / US GAAP) reporting.
• Experience within SOX-controlled and change-managed environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SAP FI / CO integration workstream, define scope and milestones.
• Design and configure SAP ECC modules, ensuring alignment with policies.
• Oversee data mapping, mock conversions, reconciliations and sign-offs.
