• Understand business requirements, prepare AS-IS and TO-BE documents.
• ABAP debugging (Workbench related knowledge of new development/enhancements).
• Handling tickets and tasks, closing within defined SLA.
• Responsible for troubleshooting issues, providing support.
• Executing changes through configuration.
• Analysis and resolution of production support calls, raising change requests, writing functional specifications.
• Preparing test data, testing change requests, preparing test results.
