Overview
The Senior Manager in Data Migration and Governance within our Digital Consulting business unit is pivotal in guiding our clients through comprehensive data transformation projects. This role demands a visionary leader adept in the intricacies of data migration, governance, and management, particularly within SAP S / 4HANA environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Data Oversight: Lead comprehensive data migration and governance projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and our firm's strategic direction.
- Data Architecture and Execution: Oversee the design and implementation of data migration strategies, ensuring integrity, accuracy, and accessibility of data within SAP S / 4HANA and other digital platforms.
- Advanced Data Management: Spearhead initiatives to establish robust data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to enhance data quality and compliance.
- Client Relationship and Business Development: Drive growth within the data consulting domain, fostering relationships with key stakeholders to secure new engagements and expand existing ones.
- Leadership and Expertise Development: Serve as a thought leader in data migration and governance, mentoring consultants, and promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- General Responsibilities: Ensure the successful delivery of data migration and governance projects, achieving client satisfaction and impactful business outcomes.

Skills and Attributes
- Minimum 10 years in digital consulting with significant focus on data migration, governance, and SAP S / 4HANA projects.
- Proven track record in leading large-scale data transformation projects in a Big 4 or equivalent consulting environment.
- Experience managing cross‑functional teams and navigating complex stakeholder landscapes.
- Advanced degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related fields, with relevant certifications in data governance and SAP technologies.
- Deep expertise in data migration methodologies, data governance frameworks, and SAP S / 4HANA.
- Strategic vision for driving data‑driven transformation initiatives.
- Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving, and project management skills.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Minimum Requirements to Apply
