MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To deliver a centralised function that supports End and Business Users with the application / functions of SAP across various modules.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

• Provide support to end users
• Provide business support
• Provide SAP Functional Team Support

REQUIRED EDUCATION

Essential:

• Matric or equivelant

Desired:

• SAP Certified in one of the modules utilized in Mediclinic Southern Africa

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Essential:

• 2-3 years working with SAP in business environment

Desired:

• 2-3 years supporting SAP; SAP Call Centre Support
