This includes the upgrade from SAP ECC6 to S / 4HANA (RISE Private Cloud) and the implementation of supporting systems such as SuccessFactors , GRC , and Ariba .

Key Responsibilities

• Perform technical administration and support across the SAP landscape (S / 4HANA, HANA DB, NetWeaver, etc.).
• Execute system installations, upgrades, patches, and configurations in line with SAP best practices.
• Monitor system performance and implement performance tuning and optimization.
• Administer SAP transport management, user management, and system monitoring activities.
• Manage SAP systems hosted on cloud platforms, particularly AWS, ensuring cloud readiness and efficiency.
• Ensure effective backup and recovery procedures, including high-availability and disaster recovery planning.
• Support SAP security administration including roles, authorizations, and compliance controls.
• Work across multi-tiered environments (DEV, QA, PROD) and collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, infrastructure, and application teams).
• Contribute to ongoing Basis process improvement and standardization efforts.

Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an SAP Basis Administrator.
• Successfully delivered at least three full-cycle SAP implementations in a Basis role.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP S / 4HANA, SAP HANA Database, SAP NetWeaver.
• Strong background in system installation, configuration, performance tuning, patching, and troubleshooting.
• Experience managing SAP systems in cloud environments (AWS preferred).
• Proficient in transport management, user administration, and system monitoring tools.
• Working knowledge of SAP high-availability configurations, backup / recovery, and DR strategies.
• Familiar with SAP security concepts, including user roles, profiles, and authorizations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
