Job summary

cpconsulting is seeking an Access specialist to oversee incidents, support users, and contribute to new initiatives in a SAP/GRC environment. You will ensure timely handling of ticketing events, provide expert guidance on access, and help with audits and test-environment projects.

The role requires 2 years in access systems, SAP ECC and GRC experience, and a business qualification or current study toward one. Contract-based, immediate availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Relevant Access background and 2-year experience in a systems environment.
• SAP experience.
• Business qualification or studying towards an equivalent qualification.
• GRC and SAP ECC user transactions experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Access & Authorisation Incidents.
• Ensure Ticketing System events are addressed appropriately and resolved in a timeous manner.
• Provide subject-matter expertise and knowledge regarding access.
• Provide efficient user support.
• Assist with new Business Initiatives.
• Adhere to Access Policies and Procedures.
• Provide support guides in Access area.
• Provide Project and Enhancement Support in Access in test environments.
• Provide Access audit support.
