Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a responsible Sanitation Team Lead to supervise sanitation activities at their Randburg facility. You will lead a team to maintain impeccable hygiene standards, ensure cleanliness and safety, delegate tasks, perform quality checks, and manage cleaning supplies inventory.

You will enforce health and safety regulations, train new team members on procedures, and support daily operational integrity with a collaborative, team-focused culture in Gauteng.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or lead role in cleaning or sanitation.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, materials and equipment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

You will be responsible for task delegation, quality checks, inventory management of cleaning supplies, and enforcing compliance with health and safety regulations. The Team Lead will ensure smooth daily operations of the sanitation department, contributing significantly to the overall operational integrity and positive environment of the client's Gauteng location.
