We're looking for an organised, professional, and client-focused Salon Coordinator to join our busy Beauty and Laser Clinic in Claremont.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming, and seamless experience from the moment they arrive.

About the Role

You'll oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the salon's front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional service, efficient scheduling, and strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome clients with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a premium first impression
  • Manage bookings and appointment schedules across multiple channels (phone, WhatsApp, email)
  • Process payments and maintain accurate administrative and financial records
  • Support therapists and management with daily salon coordination
  • Handle client queries and recommend treatments or products where suitable
  • Maintain a neat, calm, and organised reception area
  • Assist with client follow-ups, stock management, and promotional activities
