Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives to drive pipeline across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel by researching accounts, identifying decision makers and booking meetings with qualified prospects.

This remote role focuses on thoughtful outreach using LinkedIn, email, and phone. You’ll work to maintain clean CRM records and collaborate with the sales team to continually refine messaging and targeting.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
