Blacksmith Agency is hiring a Sales Development Representative to generate pipeline across South Africa. You will research accounts, identify decision makers, craft personalized outreach, and book discovery calls for the Account Executives.

This role is fully remote within SA and focuses on quality outreach over volume. You will work with tools like LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo and Salesforce to manage pipeline, test messaging and improve targeting.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role (agency or SaaS a plus).
• Ability to personalize outreach and craft compelling messages.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and managing a sales pipeline.

As Salesperson at Blacksmith, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This is not about spamming a list. It is thoughtful outreach, pattern recognition and smart communication, using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping every touchpoint high quality.
