Job summary

A recruitment agency in Gauteng is seeking a Salesperson to deliver exceptional customer service related to automotive parts sales. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer care or sales, particularly within the automotive industry. Responsibilities include supporting customers in understanding products and driving sales. Compensation includes a monthly salary plus commission, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in Customer Care/Sales.
• Experience within the automotive parts industry (mandatory).
• Computer literate with excellent telephone etiquette.

• PM-1Job purpose : To provide an exceptional level of service to current and prospective Customers relating to all parts being sold over the counter, online, or any other platform.

The Salesperson will assist the customer in understanding the products and identify solutions to fit their needs, generating sales and renewals, whilst continuing to achieve customer satisfaction levels.

Qualifications and or Experience : Customer Care and or Marketing diploma, degree and or relevant experienceAt least 3 years' experience within Customer Care / SalesExperienced with a number of systemsFull understanding of design and production costs to include waste, downtime, scrap and re-workExperience within the sales environment within the automotive industryMinimum of 3 years' experience in Automotive Parts (Non-Negotiable)Computer literateExcellent telephone etiquetteOwn transport & valid driver's license
