Job summary

Inspired Testing is seeking an experienced Test Lead to own and coordinate testing across a Salesforce-based programme. The role combines hands-on manual testing with leadership in test planning, execution, defect management, and quality reporting, working with technical and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are fully tested and release-ready.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Test Lead on complex programmes
• Hands-on manual testing experience including test design and execution
• Experience testing Salesforce solutions
• Strong knowledge of functional, integration, regression and UAT testing
• Experience creating test strategies, plans, estimates and risk-based testing
• Ownership of the full defect lifecycle and test reporting
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Current BPSS clearance is required

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain and communicate the overall test approach, plans, scope and priorities
• Lead hands-on manual testing across Salesforce functionality, integrations and end-to-end business processes
• Review requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria to identify gaps and ensure appropriate test coverage
• Coordinate functional, integration, regression and user acceptance testing activities
• Manage test environments, test data, dependencies, schedules and delivery risks
• Own defect logging, triage, prioritisation, retesting and closure
• Provide clear test progress, quality, risk and release-readiness reporting
• Work collaboratively with delivery teams, business users and senior stakeholders
• Maintain suitable test evidence, traceability and test closure documentation
