What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Collaborate with the Salesforce Architect on sprint planning and user story development
• Manage deployments of new functionality and monitor data quality in Salesforce
• Assist with the Salesforce Helpdesk in Jira and provide ad-hoc user support
• Lead and participate in calls with the internal Salesforce team and key business contacts
• Gather requirements based on business use cases and create elegant solutions on the Salesforce platform

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Competent with Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, and SOQL Queries
• Proven experience in developing Lightning Web Components and applications
• Proficient in Custom Objects, Junction Objects, Roll-up Summary, and Formula Fields
• Strong data analysis skills, including working with large data sets in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Salesforce Certified Administrator or other relevant Salesforce certifications
• Knowledge of Visualforce to support legacy applications
• Experience with Record Types and their impact on systems
• Familiarity with Products and Price Books; CPQ experience is a plus
• Knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud
