We are currently seeking a senior Salesforce Developer (9+ years experience) to join our growing remote team.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain customized Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce and other Salesforce tools.

Implement Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs, middleware, or custom services.

Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Customize and configure Salesforce environments, including Workflows, Process Builders, and Flows.

Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, triggers, and validation rules in accordance with best practices.

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, security protocols, and performance optimization.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an Agile / Scrum environment to deliver quality releases on time.

Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends.

Requirements

9+ years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer or in similar roles.

Deep expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and JavaScript frameworks.

Hands‑on experience integrating Salesforce with third‑party systems.

Proficiency with Salesforce data model, security model, and deployment tools (Change Sets, SFDX).

Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices including governor limits, bulk processing, and trigger design patterns.

Experience with Salesforce CI / CD tools and Version Control (Git, Bitbucket, or similar).

Salesforce Developer (PD1 or PD2) or other Salesforce certifications are a plus.

Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams.
